November 2025 Newsletter

Gratitude and Growth

November is the perfect month to reflect on gratitude, the blessings we have, the lessons we’ve learned, and the sisterhood that continues to help us grow. This month, we’re focusing on “Gratitude & Growth,” taking time to appreciate how far we’ve come while nurturing the strength, love, and light within ourselves.

Weekly Themes

Week 1: Grateful Hearts. We start the month by sharing what we’re thankful for, big or small. Gratitude has the power to shift our mindset and remind us that even in challenging times, there’s always something good.

Week 2: Growing Through Change. Change can be uncomfortable, but it’s often where growth begins. This week, we’ll talk about embracing transitions and learning to trust the process.

Week 3: Self-Love in Action. Let’s put love into motion! From affirmations to self-care habits, we’ll explore what it truly means to love ourselves intentionally.

Week 4: Rest & Reflection (No Call-Thanksgiving Week). Take this week to recharge, enjoy family, and reflect on all the progress you’ve made. There will be no call during Thanksgiving week, but we’ll return refreshed and renewed for December!

Sister Spotlight

Image of Hatasha sitting confidently on a staircase, wearing a bold red top and sleek black pants. She rests her chin on her hands with calm strength, her expression serene and self-assured. Soft lighting highlights her presence, while the vibrant Saint Kitts and Nevis flag at her feet adds a touch of pride and heritage to the scene.

This month’s Sister Shout-Out goes to Hatasha! 🌸 We’ve seen you open up, share more of yourself, and show up with such warmth and positivity. Your growth and courage inspire us all. Keep shining, sis!

Veterans Day Appreciation

We want to send a gratitude-filled thank you and Happy Veterans Day to all of the veterans around the world and a special thank you to two of our Sisterhood members, Vickie and Hatasha! Your strength, service, and sacrifice remind us what true dedication looks like. We honor and appreciate you both deeply. ❤️🤍💙

The uniform’s name tag reads “GIBSON.” A cup, water bottle, and napkins are on the green table. Another service member is partially visible beside her.

Final Thoughts

As we move through November, let’s carry hearts full of gratitude and a spirit ready to grow. Remember, every step you take, no matter how small, is a step toward the stronger, more confident woman you’re becoming.

With love and sisterhood,
