Wellness Corner

Message from Khaliesha, Wellness Officer

Sisters,

True power includes rest. It includes mental clarity. It includes emotional regulation.

This month, I encourage you to check in with yourself daily:

    •    Have I hydrated today?

    •    Have I taken a deep breath before reacting?

    •    Have I spoken kindly to myself?

Power isn’t about pushing through exhaustion. It’s about moving intentionally and caring for the body and mind that carry you.

With love and care,
